In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "8k8com," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the website accessible at https://8k8com.vip and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications.
• "Platform" means the 8k8com website, mobile site, and any software or services made available through 8k8com.vip.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 8k8com Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 8k8com Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the 8k8com Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the 8k8com Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. 8k8com reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 8k8com is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8k8com login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 8k8com will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

8k8com operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed. Acceptable Philippine identification documents include, but are not limited to, a valid passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or UMID card.

5.1 Deposits

8k8com accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your 8k8com Account. 8k8com does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus credits must be satisfied prior to withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• 8k8com reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval during business hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the 8k8com Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees may apply if your payment provider operates in a different base currency.

8k8com offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus winnings.
• Bonus Credits and any winnings derived from Bonus Credits cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• 8k8com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
• 8k8com's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8k8com Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Creating or operating more than one Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform's operation or the experience of other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.

All content on the 8k8com Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of 8k8com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 8k8com.
• Use any 8k8com trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of 8k8com's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8k8com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability caused by circumstances beyond 8k8com's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or acts of government.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Technical malfunctions, server failures, or data transmission errors.

8k8com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8k8com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your Account for cause, 8k8com reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Credits) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 8k8com's customer support team. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to the completion of any pending transactions and satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.

8k8com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 8k8com Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may submit the matter to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 8k8com from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
